As a leadership coach, it matters to me to work with leaders who are driven by purpose — those shaping impact through people, not just performance. For CEOs and senior charity leaders, the pressures are uniquely human: balancing mission and sustainability, board expectations and staff wellbeing, personal conviction and organisational complexity.

I bring over two decades of experience in leadership development and systems thinking, having worked across NGOs, universities and not-for-profits internationally. My approach combines Gestalt and Transactional Analysis with practical strategy — offering the space, structure and challenge senior leaders rarely get elsewhere.
I am also the co-founder and director of a not-for-profit CIC that offers Ethical Leadership Development Programmes to 20-35 year olds wanting to carve a career of impact – www.leadershipforgood.org
