- One free 30-minute contracting conversation to clarify goals and ensure coaching is the right fit
- 6 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (in person or virtual) over 3–4 months
- iEQ9 Enneagram profile and debrief to deepen self-awareness
- Goal-setting framework and tailored reflection tools
- Confidential, ethical practice (supervised and accredited)
Investment: £2,250 + VAT
extended or ongoing coaching available by agreement.
